Today, I found my diaper bag at a consignment sale in Longmont. I don’t know if the price was typo’d or what, but it was $2.00. It’s a discontinued Baby Björn Diaper Bag that has been for who knows how long, but this one is in GREAT shape, looks really cool, and seems incredibly practical. And it was two bucks. The Skwish was one dollar.
People can’t understand why we have had so much trouble putting together the baby registries. It’s because we can buy the stuff cheaper at consignment sales! WAAAAY Cheaper! That said, we DID finally go to Super Target today and added quite a few things to the registry. Nothing crazy (except the package of Hebrew National kosher hot dogs), but we put a few things on there anyway. Picking out a car seat we like was probably the biggest and best part. We’ve been mulling that decision over for weeks.
